Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has reportedly filed for unemployment.
The Jersey Shore star allegedly signed on after filming wrapped for the first season of the MTV reality series last October, Perez Hilton reports.
A Request for Separation Information form was then sent to the Florida restaurant where the 27-year-old was last employed to make sure his contract was in fact terminated.
It has been reported that the cast of Jersey Shore will be earning $10,000 per episode for season 2.
