It's now been reported that Ethan Couch who has been nicknamed the 'affluenza' has been finally caught, along with his mother, and detained in Mexico .

His mother who threw him a 'going away' party before fleeing has been charged with 'hindering the apprehension of a juvenile' and could face 2 to 10 years in prison. However, the downfall to this after all of what he did can could only 120 days in jail!

In recent news, it as been reported that the officers who shot 12-year old Tamir Rice a year ago in Ohio while he was holding a toy gun. According to reports
the grand jury decided to NOT indicted officer Timothy Loehmann who Tamir Rice. The prosecutor told the news conference the evidence did not indicate any criminal conduct by the officer. This comes as a second blow as just weeks ago the officer who arrested Sandra Bland who then died her her cell was not going to be indicted either.


His family said they are 'disappointed' by the outcome but not surprised.

There is a 15 second video that becoming viral on internet of an police officer assaulting a black female student sitting in her seat  at Spring valley High School in South Carolina.

The video spread across social media this afternoon and it shows the student sitting in her seat and the officer grabbing her out of her desk, causing the chair to flip over.  the school district has now released a statement
regarding the video and has confirmed the incident is under investigation.


Here is the video.. apparently.. the student refused to leave the classroom when the teacher asked to leave. That's when they called security.

Ok this just happened at Spring Valley high school I'm confused also I am not the original  video person saw this on Instagram and wanted to share.

It has been recently reported that Dylann Roof will be seeking the death penalty following the Charleston Church shooting in South Carolina back in June.NBC news reports that the death penalty is being considered by prosecutors because more than two people were killed and others were put at risk.

An ex Florida teacher name Audrey Dubek has filed a new lawsuit claiming the school fired her in 2013 because she was a dating a black man at the time who is not her husband. 

Newsone.com reports that the Principal and Vice Principal taunted her about her dating preferences and participated in a talent show making fun of black people by wearing baggy pants, blackface and gold chains.She also associated herself black faculty members.

Today, I woke up to the news that two journalists in Virginia journalists were shot and killed live on air. The TV reported was a 24 year old name Allison Parker and the cameraman was a 27 year old Adam Ward.

It has been reported that the shooter was another employee by the name of Bryce Williams who later died by taking his own life

 

He also posted a video from his angle on twitter

 

It has been reported that the shooting was in retaliation of Allison and Adam getting him fired. He also claimed that Allison has made racist remarks against him.

Ferguson is facing yet another tragedy. A nine-year old girl name Jamyla Bolden was shit and killed while she was doing her homework in her mother's bedroom. The Urban Daily reports five gunshots and were fired and her ,a long with mother were shot. Her mother was also shot in the leg but Jamyle Bolden ended dying from her injuries.

A Florida couple is facing 15 years of life behind bars after they both found guilty of having sex on public beach July 2014 in front of children. The couple, Jose Caballero and Elissa Alvarez, will now have to register as sex offenders.

"We're dealing with basically tourists, that came from Brandon and Riverview and West Virginia, and they're here on the beaches of Manatee County, our public beaches," Dafonseca said, referring to the witnesses. "So you want to make sure that this isn't something that just goes by the wayside. And that it is well known to the community, what will be tolerated and what won't be."

A mother name Hyhernkemberly Dorville has been charged with murder after she set her newborn baby on fire in the middle of the road. Daily mail the mother got out of the car and set her baby on fire, The baby was rushed to the hospital where the baby later died due to sever injuries. Sources say the motive behind it was because she was secretly pregnant. 

Statement from the police department

'Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier, age 22, of Rutgers Avenue in Pemberton Township, was charged with one count of Murder. Bail was set at $500,000 by the Hon. Jeanne T. Covert, J.S.C.'Dorvilier was lodged in the Burlington County Corrections and Work Release Center in Pemberton Township.

'Officers from the Pemberton Township Police Department were dispatched to Simontown Road just before 11 p.m. yesterday after a resident called to report the fire in the roadway.

'At approximately 11:15 p.m., the baby was airlifted to Saint Christopher’s Hospital in Philadelphia and was reported to be alive and breathing at that time. The baby died approximately two hours later.
'The investigation revealed that the infant had been doused with an accelerant prior to being set ablaze. Dorvilier was taken into custody at the scene.

'An autopsy will be performed by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood.

'The details of the baby's birth are being investigated. The investigation is being conducted by detectives from the Pemberton Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.'

North Miami police department is facing criticism for using mugshots of black men as their target practice and you wonder why these cops are so quick to shoot black males. They caught when the sister of one of the guy's mugshots after she arrived at the gun range and so that her brother's mugshot was used as target practice. Her brother is the on at the bottom middle column. He was arrested in 2000 for a drag race as a teen. he served four behind bars and was released in 2004.

 Lots has happen in the news since I've been on vacation.  One of them being the outrage of officer Darren Wilson NOT being indicted in the Ferguson shooting of Mike Brown. 

He gave out his first interview on CNN  telling his version of events and revealing he does not regret shooting Mike Brown.

It all started when Wilson asked the teenager to move out of the middle of the street, the officer told ABC's George Stephanopoulos. Brown walked over to his car and pushed the door back as Wilsontried to get out, the officer said."As I looked back at him, punches started flying," Wilson said in the interview, which aired Tuesday night. "He threw the first one and hit me in the left side of my face."Wilson doesn't know how many times he got hit."I just know there was a barrage of swinging and grabbing and pulling for about 10 seconds," Wilson told ABC. "I reached out my window with my right hand to grab on to his forearm."

The woman's name Daney Howard and she , along with her friends, was taunting a man's fashion sense on the train name Jorge Pena. She made fun his 8 ball leather jacket he was wearing. But like what they say 'every action, there is a reaction. This girl messed with wrong dude and he retaliated and slapped her. 

They even attacked the person filming the video. Both parties were arrested for a misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct . But Daney Howard was also charged with assault with a weapon which was her shoe

This one of most disturbing child abuse stories I've heard.  There is a three-year old boy name Scott Mcmillian who was beaten and killed by his mother name Jillian Tait and Gary Fallenbuam

The boy lived in a trailer with his mother, boyfriend and her boyfriend's wife name Amber Fallenbaum who told the police that the boy has been beaten with sharp objects, whipped, and they used electric tape. They eve made homemade weapons to beat the kid as well. Even though Amber Fallenbaum, did not participate in this horrific abuse, she has also been charged with child endangerment for not calling the police.  Reports say the abuse started because the boy did not want to want his breakfast

There is an 18-year old man name Zachery Torrence who decided to rob several Subway restaurants in retaliation after he tried the 'Jared diet' which did not work him. Jared Fogal was the guy who famously lost 200 lbs by eating Subway and became the spokesperson for the restaurant. He was arrested at walmart after a shopper recognized him after the police posted his photo online.
