TV legend Regis Philbin has made an shocking announcement today on Regis & Kelly that he will be retiring from television. He said that this will be his last year on Regis & Kelly. H has been on the show for 28 years. First Oprah, then Larry King and now Regis. I guess nothing lasts forever.
