Days ago I posted that LA Reid will be joining the the judging panel along with Simon Cowell for the U.S version of The Ex Factor. Now there have been speculations that that rapper Nicki Minaj is in talks to join the judging panel.
Simon says that he needs an A list female judge and think Nicki Minaj would be the perfect choice.
