Second Hearing Denied
The second Stand Your Ground hearing for Florida woman Marissa Alexander has been denied. She is the woman is who facing trial shooting warning shots at her estranged husband, claiming Stand Your Ground. She initially got 20 years behind bars, the same year the George Zimmerman was found not guilty, he also claimed Stand Your Ground.
Her second re-trial starts December 1st
