There is a couple in North Carolina who has been arrested after cops have said they found their two year son naked on street covered with his own feces. 

According to NYDailynews the couple was asleep and not watching their two year old so when the cops found him naked on the street covered in hos own feces. The child ha snow been placed has now been placed i custody with another family member.
