the ISIS terrorist has released another showing them beheading another American journalist name Steven Sotloff
CNN reports ISIS published another video showing Steven Sotloff getting beheaded. In the video, he says 'he is paying the price for US intervention' ISIS also made a threat to Obama saying "Just as your missiles continue to strike our people, our knife will continue to strike the necks of your people."
