Mother Faces Charges
A mother name Dalishia Salter is facing criminal charges for child endangerment after she was caught on tape by her ex-boyfriend David Bryant abusing her baby. You can hear him confronted her in the video about what she did to the baby. However, she accuses him and initially told the police that that he dropped a flatscreen TV on the baby.
