Should child molesters be aloud to win the lottery? That's exactly what happened in Florida with a man name Timothy Poole who is a convicted sex offender. He won the 3 million dollar jackpot on a scratch off game. Some folks think he does not deserve the money for what he did. He was ,locked up in 2002 for molesting two victims under the age of 12.
