Drunk 'Scandal' Fan Arrested
A woman from Iowa name Kelsey Jean Cousins was arrested last Friday was drunk dailing 911 pretending Olivia Popr from the TV show Scandal. She was a sports bar at 2:AM when she told the police that a car with a bomb inside was heading towards the white house
She was arrested and charged of a non 911 emergency and public intoxication
