Shaq Gets Sued
Ex-NBA star Shaquille O' Neal has been sued by a disabled man name Jahmel Binion for mocking him on instagram last April. Jahmel says that he has suffered emotional distress when Shaq posted his picture on Instagram. Now he has filed lawsuit against him for intentionally defaming him and invading his privacy.

Binion claims the mocking photos 'constituted a public disclosure of embarrassing private facts about the plaintiff' and 'placed plaintiff in a false light in the public eye.'
Binion was diagnosed with hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia as a baby, a disorder which causes sparse hair growth, missing teeth and facial deformities.
