Death Ruled A Homicide
It has has come out now that Eric Garner's chokehold death has been ruled an homicide. According to LA Times Erica Garner suffered neck and chest pains when he was placed under arrest because assumed he was selling illegal cigarettes.
The video which has gone vial showed two officers name Daniel Pantelo and Justin D'Amico putting Eric Garner in chokehold and he ended up dying. After the incident, Daniel Pantelo was placed under modified duty and Justin D.Amico was was placed on desk duty.
New York mayor, Bill De Blasio says in statement
“My administration will continue to work with all involved authorities, including the Richmond County district attorney, to ensure a fair and justified outcome.”
