Killed In Police Shooting
A 'Cops' audio technician name Bryce Dion was shot and killed while filming a police robbery shoot out this past Tuesday. CNN reports he is the first crew member to die while filming the unscripted reality show since it aired back in 1989.
It's been said that Bryce Dion and a camera man was traveling with police to film a scene at a robbery at Wendy's and he was struck by a gunshot by one one of the robbers and later died from his injures at the hospital.
"Mr. Dion played the ultimate price for his service -- to provide the footage of the real-life dangers that law enforcement officers face on a daily basis to television viewers throughout the world."
