Man Assaults His Girlfriend and Tells Her To Blame It On A Black Man

Man Arrested For Assaulting Girlfriend

Here is another case of a man assaulting his girl but this time blame it on an imaginary black male.  A man name Austin Hurless was arrested and taken into custody for choking and beating his girlfriend.  He then threatening he with a knife by telling her to dial 911 and black the assault on a unknown black male who does not exist. 

"When police arrived, they were unable to locate the black male who Hurless described. While officers were on the scene, however, additional calls came in to the OSPD advising that Hurless -- not some black male subject -- had been seen dragging the female out of the house by her hair with a knife in his other hand.

Police learned that Hurless had held the victim at knifepoint and forced her to call 911 and falsely state that a black male had assaulted her. Before officers arrived, Hurless discarded the weapon by throwing it over a nearby fence."
