"He Had His Hands Up"
CNN has released new footage of the Mike Brown shooting which shows two contractors witnessing the shooting from 3 feet away. According to CNN, the man in the pink shirt says that Mike Brown 'had his hands up' while he was being shot and then turned his back and was also shot. He also says he saw his brains coming out of his head.
