Before they were rumors going around that Alicia Keys was pregnant and that turned out to be true. Rumors are STILL going around that Mariah Carey might pregnant. A source told  radar Online that she is pregnant but her husband Nick Cannon has denied any speculation about her being pregnant.

An insider also says that Mariah and Nick want to keep the pregnancy a secret for now. So who knows.
