Female Navy Gets Discharged Over Hair
Back in March, the military issued new guidelines for African-American women and their hair which forbids them rocking their natural hair that were larger than a quarter inch.
Now a 12 year veteran name Jessica Sims was recently discharged from the Navy because she refused to cut off her natural hair. Newones.com says she made sure her bun protrudes less than two inches from head , per regulation and that she has never had a problem wearing safety helmets or gas masks.
