Tjhisha Ball
Two Florida teens name Angelia Mangum and Tjhisha Ball from Tampa were found dead in Jacksonville, Florida early Thursday night. Their bodies were discovered by two witnesses who driving and found the bodies on the side of road. One witness , name Jason Brown told the local news
"At first I thought it was one, and then I did a U-turn to see if it was a dead animal," witness Jason Brown " That's when we saw that it was one laying on top of another that looked like they were tossed from the overpass."
Both of their bodies were naked and bound together. Their families have also come out to the media to demand justice.
