Ne-Yo talks about his new album "Libra Scale"

Ne-Yo has revealed details of his upcoming album titled "Libra Scale". The lead single will be titled "Beautiful Monster" which he posted on his myspace page. He also plans to turn his new album into a movie  involving his 1st single. That should interesting. Libra Scale its stores in September.
