It has been confirmed by MTV.com that these years biggest newcomers Justin Bieber and B.O.B will joining Kanye West, Drake and Florrance and The Machine to perform at this MTV VMA's which airs September 12th,.
This will be the first that both of them will perform on the award show. Although Justin Beiber did appear at least year's VMA's at a presenter. I also been announce that Ke$ha who is nominated 4 times will be a presenter at this year's VMAs
