Bernie Sanders Says Sandra Bland Would Have NOT Died If She Was White

 No Indictments In Sandra Bland Case


The topic of Sandra Bland has been bought back up this week on social media when it was reported that no one will be indicted in the Sandra Bland case. Back in July, she was pulled over for allegedly not not turning her signal, this led to her arrest after she refused to put out her cigarette and was found dead three days in her cell by alleged suicide from hanging. Many people still believe til this day that she was murdered.

Darell Jordan who the prosecutor for the case said in a statement

 "After reviewing all the evidence in the death of Sandra Bland, a Waller grand jury did not return an indictment in the death of Bland, nor were any indictments returned against any employee of the Waller County Jail," Jordan said after the grand jury met for more than eight hours Monday."

President candidate Bernie Sanders has also released a statement
saying that if Sandra Band were white, she would still be alive.

 "There's no doubt in my mind that she, like too many African-Americans who die in police custody, would be alive today if she were a white woman,"

Did you know that Sandra Bland was not the only person to die during police custody in July? Like her, there are four other people who oddly died in their cell as well.

The video shows the five people who died in jail last month. We all know about Sandra Bland who was pulled over for failing to turn on her blinker, then she was arrested for refusing to put out her cigarette . Three days later, she was found dead in her cell from hanging in which people still did not happen.  There have been conspiracy theories from her dead mugshot to the videos the police department released not being her.

Oddly enough of the footage shown has a time stamp on them.

Another case is a Native American Activist by the name of Rexdale W Henry

He was arrested for failure to to pay a minor traffic ticket. He was found dead in his cell the after Sandra Bland. He was last seen 9:30 AM just 30 minutes before he was found dead. His death remains  a mystery

Another Native American is a woman name Sarah Circle Bear of South Dakota

Sarah Circle Bear was pregnant when she was found dead in her cell on July 6th. Witnesses stated that she was pain and crying out for help but the jail staff allegedly dismissed her cries help telling that to 'knock it off" It has been reported now that she had meth in her system.

Ralkina Jones is another African-American who had medical issues and was found in her cell, on July 26th. She was arrested following a domestic violence incident with her husband.  In a video that was released by the police department, she alerted them she was suffering from medical issues such POTS, high blood pressure and seizures and she feared she was going to die in her cell. She quotes "I Don't Want to Die In Your Cell".

It has been reported that she might have been 'improperly medicated'

Last but not least, we have an 18 year old female by the name Kindra Chapman

She was booked for a robbery charge in which she stole another person's cell phone. She was last seen alive at 6:30 PM and was found dead at 7:50 PM. It has been believed that she committed suicide by hanging on July 14th.

It' almost exactly a month from tomorrow that Sandra Bland made national headlines when she was pulled over in Texas for failing to turn on her blinker and then got arrested after she refused to put out her cigarette. More has come out about Brian Encinia who is the officer who arrested her July 10th of last month.

New documents obtained  by  the Associated Press, he was given a an unwritten counseling for unprofessional conduct during an incident at a school last fall of  2014

"In the future, Trooper Encinia should conduct himself at all times in a manner that will reflect well upon himself, the Department, and the State of Texas. This supervisor will ensure that this is done by meeting periodically with Trooper Encinia."

We can finally put the dead mugshot theory to rest. Today, Waller county jail releases new footage of Sandra Bland getting booked. the video shows her actually changing her clothes to her prison jumpsuit and taking her mugshot.

The county jail has been receiving death threats ever the theory that she might have been dead in her mugshot.

Now the question remains did Sandra Bland really kill herself? There is a new theory though that she might have died from head injury when the cops slammed her head to ground. The same type of head injury actress Natasha Richardson had when she hit her dead after falling while she was skiing back in 2009. Three days she died

I want to touch on this case. Since the Sandra Bland case has been receiving national attention, there is another case similar to hers that is not getting any news coverage. A Native American name Rexdale W. Henry was arrested by the police for a minor traffic fine and five days later he was found dead in his cell on July 14th, just one day after Sandra Bland in a Mississippi jail. 

Just like Sandra Bland who was an activist in her community, he too was an activist in his. He was a member of the Choctaw tribe. According to a police report he was seen alive at 9:30 am and just 30 minutes he was found dead in his cell. No details about his  death have been given out tot he public. 


His story is slowly being picked up on social media. There is a Facebook group
demanding justice for his death.

Footage Shows Cop Throwing Away Evidence?

A lot has come out in these past few days about the Sandra Bland case. Firstly, the voicemail she left to a friend while was in jail was leaked out and in the voice mail she sounded anxious that she wanted to get out of there. She did not had no depressed tone in her voice that she was suicidal.

Also, people on social media pointed out during her jail video that there was an officer who suspiciously threw away something at the garbage can. You can tell by his body language that he was trying to be careful not get caught but what did  he threw away?

Since people have been questioning her musghot and whether or not she was even alive in the photo , her 'side mugshot' was released but you can tell her 'side mughot' was edited because it's a lot darker and blurry than her clear front mugshot.

One commenter on  Youtube thinks  it's someone else posing as her because the hairstyle is different, possible a male. 



"If you zoom in on the so called "side mugshot"......it clearly is a black male with the same short hairstyle as Sandra & not her at all! Also Sandra had dreads, the black male in that side mugshot hair is what black people call "nappy" not dreads. I don't see how people can't see that the person in the side mugshot that they're saying is her is a black darker skinned male with short hair just like Sandra. THAT SIDE MUGSHOT ISN'T SANDRA BLAND AT ALL! She doesn't have a side mugshot because they know they took her mugshot while she was on the floor dead"

Lastly, I did did some digging on my own and came across a Facebook post from a neighbor of her who knew Sandra Bland since 1996. He posts that she would never commit suicide and thinks the investigation is being handled by the same officers who arrested her. 

According to MSN  she was laid to rest today and a minister says nothing adds up.



"Someone who had two job offers. Someone who just talked to her family and knew that help and rescue was on the way. This is someone who knew the Lord, and was extremely close with her church family and her sisters, her biological family. None of that adds up to taking one's life or suicide."

Take a look at Sandra Bland's mugshot? Do you think something is weird about it?  People in social media is now speculating she is already deceased in her 'mugshot' laying in the show.  Some clues to support the theory the color of the background matches the color of floor of her prison cell.

The traffic stop and jail videos of Sandra Bland have now been released. The video shows a different angle of arrest of her getting pulled. Sandra looked she was annoyed for getting pulled over for traffic signal that the officer demanded her to get out the car. She was on her phone when police told her to put the phone that's when things got out of control when she started calling the cops out.

More is coming out about the Sheriff who is involved in the Sandra Bland case.
Sandra Bland was the woman was arrested last Friday for failing to turn on her blinker. Her arrest was caught on tape which h showed her head to the ground. Three days later this past Monday, was mysteriously found dead in her cell speculating she killed herself. She was also about to start in new job this week. 


Sheriff Gleen Smith, who is involved in her case was fired in 2007 for racist allegations. He mistreated black people during his time as chief police in Hempstead, Texas. 

 Dailykos.com reports that Gleen Smith was suspended for 'documented cases of racism' against black people. He was eventually fired when more racist complaints came in.

"Council members are reviewing video of four arrests and detentions over the past month. The officers and police chief, who are the targets of the complaints, are white. Some residents are calling for a third of the city's 15 person police force to be suspended, disciplined, or fired."

Was Sandra Bland Murdered?

The Sandra Bland case is now going viral on social media. A black woman by the name of Sandra Bland mysteriously died while she was in jail for a traffic violation. She was found dead this past Monday morning in her cell just three days after she was arrested. Her death was ruled a suicide by hanging but the FBI is now doing a full investigation of what really happened.

Sandra was about t start a new job when she was arrested for failing to signal a lane change. The police are saying that she killed herself. But why would she kill herself if she was starting a new job?
