American Idol judges first day at the job

Here is a sneak peek pic of Randy and the new Idol judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler first day at the job. they are kicking off season 10 auditions at Jersey City, New Jersey.

I am still not sure how this will play out ratings wise because lets face it, people watch this show because of Simon and since he is not there anymore, I have a feeling that they might lose some viewers. But we will see how it goes.
