She was supposed serve 30 days in jail bit was posted a 300,000 bail. See this is the reason why she keeps messing up. She always gets a slap on a wrist and people excusing her behavior. In her mind she thinks it is no big deal "I'm a celebrity, I have money. I don't have to suffer that much" and don't get me started on Dina Lohan.
But this just proves how messed up the justice system really is. She is just going to continue to mess up. It is never ending cycle.
