A newborn baby was found in Airport garbage bag

Well this is sad. A newborn baby was found in a garbage bag at the aiport in Manila. The security found the baby wrapped in tissues and was covered in blood.

He was taken to the doctor where the doctor said "the baby was healthy"  Social Welfare Secretary Dinky Soliman was angered with what happened and quoted "No infant should be treated like this"

Now they are searching for the infant's mother who could charged. - yahoo.com
