Barbra Walters announced on The View that Justin Bieber will part of this years "Top 10 Most Fascinating People of 2010" which airs December 9th at 10:PM on ABC. Justin Bieber will tals about his relationship with his mentor Usher and if he is going to cut his hair.
The cast of Jersey Shore and Sarah Palin will also be part of this years list. So far those three are confirmed.
