It seems like 2011 will kick off to great start with music. The return of Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and now Avril Lavigne. The Canadian singer who is best known for her hit Complicated back in 2002 will release her 4th album on March 8th. The new album is called "Goodbye Lullaby" What The Hell will be the first single off the album. The song will premiere on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin Eve
