A crazy british fan name Bassey Essien was banned for going near Beyonce where she was at London with Jay-Z for a concert. Two years ago he tried to give Beyonce a book of religious ramblings. A source says "Bey will not come into contact with the public before she is on stage. And the security presence there is going to be huge - bigger than it was for U2 or COLDPLAY."
