A teenager, who was bored pegged his own puppy on a clothes line and then he posted the pictures on his facebook page. People were outraged once the pictures, including the one above. There is even a Facebook group called Jerzon Senador The Animal Abuser to get him to be prosecuted. Jerzon is the teenagers name. After all of this he took down the pics and issued an apology.
