This one of the most sickening stories that I've ever read. A three-year-old boy has been left fighting for his life after being 'sold' by his babysitter to two men who raped and tortured the toddler.His face, eyes and throat were all covered in chemical burns and he had been hanged from a ceiling with a dog collar.
Jennifer Chapmen, who was the babysitter offered the little boy to two men for sex in exchange for meth. What is even worse is that the mother chose to do meth with her friend instead of taking her own to the hospital, This is just sick. The mother was charged with child neglect.
