Garbage Man Annoys Wealthy Residents

This story is starting to go viral recently. It's about this garbage man name Kevin McGill in Atlanta who was put to jail for 30 days all because he started his work day 'too early'. According to reports he puts up trash at a wealthy neighborhood call Sandy Springs in Atlanta but he ANNOYED residents that lived there when he showed up at 5AM picking up trash. That's when the residents dialed 911 for disturbance.  Sandy Springs has law that bans garbage collectors before 7:AM.
