Brandon Brooks, who was the teen who shot the now viral video of police officer Eric Casebolt who threw a 14- year old girl to ground at a upscale Texas neighborhood pool party is speaking out the news media about what happened.
Brandon says that incident started between a white mother and a black party promoter yelling out stereotypical racial slurs to the party promoter telling het to 'go back to section 8 housing'
