Before she got her start on Glee. Amber Riley auditioned for American Idol but was cut off early. Randy Jackson tells Digitalspy.com that she auditioned for the show and got rejected. He also says she is very talented.
She never got the chance to perform in front of the judges. American Idol producers probably regret it now.
