Here is the first official image of Scream 4 which hits theaters next April. In the pic Courtney Cox's character Gale and behind her is the ghostface killer.
Her character Gale Weathers is now married to Dewey who is played by her real life husband David Arquette and her new job is an entertainment reporter.
