Justin Beiber punched a 12 year old boy?

 Did he really punch a 12 year old boy? According to consequeceofsound.net Justin Beiber punched a 12 year old outside of a laser tag arena in Richmond, Canada. The 12 year old boy has minimal injuries and did not require injuries.

Now the question is why would he punch a 12 year old boy?  The boy must made fun of him or something to piss him off.
