Miracles Do Happen!

The Chilean miners, who have been trapped for months 2300 feet underground were expected to remain underground until Christmas, but they are now being rescued! 32 of the 33 miners have been rescued so far. This has been going on all day. It takes about 20-40 minutes to get the capsule down, get the miners in it, and pulling it back up.

The last miner literally JUST started ascending in the rescue capsule! The miner being pulled up now is the leader of the group. Let's hope everything goes fine for the last guy.

This has been all over the news and one of top news stories of this year.
