Mother Scalps Daughter's Hair
This is why some people should NOT have any kids. This idiotic mother name Brittant Ruck was arrested and jailed for scalping her six year old daughter's hair to death to the point where her hair was separated from her scalp.. all because she could not count to twelve.. WTF?
Her daughter told police that she could only count to ten because she only has ten fingers. The mother also has two other children who are now living with other family members.
